During the spring and summer months there are lots of beautiful petals around. To make use of these petals once they have fallen off the flower, you could make your own petal perfume. Collect all the petals you can find on the ground (don’t pick them from the flower itself), then put them into a bowl with some water and crush them up a bit. The scent that the petals gives the water makes a lovely light flowery perfume. Ask a grown up for a jar or small bottle that you can put your perfume in and give to people as presents. You could even create your own perfume name and labels that you can stick onto the container.
