Practice your hula hooping skills – a fun way to get the whole family involved! You will need to wiggle and twist to keep your hula hoop in the air. Start by stepping into the hoop and picking it up and holding it at waist height with the hoop touching your back. Now ‘throw’ or spin the hoop around to the back of you and as you spin the hoop move your body in a circular motion to keep the hoop in the air – remember no hands are allowed to keep it from hitting the floor! See who can keep going the longest – or if you have access to lots of hoops see who can hula with the most hoops!
