Encourage the infant to sit on the floor with his/her legs in a v and you do the same. Roll a ball (one with a bell or rattle makes it more interesting) to each other – the v shape your legs make is the goal and acts as a funnel to help get the ball to and from each player. Once a baby can sit up unaided, it’s possible to start playing this game – and it’s great for hand-eye coordination as well as eye tracking of moving objects.
