Kids burn more calories through active play than any other type of play, which keeps them fit and healthy. Active play simply means that your child is being physically active, either indoor or out (although more calories tend to be burnt outdoors). All children need to let off steam and burn off their natural energy. |
Children who are active tend to eat and sleep better and all this leads to improved behaviour.

Studies have shown that in addition to getting fit active play helps children grow in self-confidence, become less shy and improves their social skills.
