Adult

Even as adults we all need our downtime, to give our minds and body a chance to relax and reboot. Whether this is a round of golf, a walk in the park or playing with the whole family it can do wonders for your mental and physical wellbeing!

Studies have shown that being physically active can help with the fight against dementia later on in life. This doesn't have to be an intense session down the gym, just walking the kids to school, or getting out of the house a few times a week can really improve your quality of life!

Don't forget to work the mind either - all the muscles in our body need to be kept active! Next time you pick up a paper try out the crossword or a bit of Sudoku

You could also access the child within and have fun with the kids. It is a great way to bond with them so you can learn what makes them tick whilst exercising those laughing muscles!
